The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The food was good and arrived quickly. The location of the hotel was convenient, with great views of the surroundings and plenty of places to walk around.
The staff struggles with English and simple requests were often misunderstood. Some of the facilities, such as the TV and bathroom, were not properly maintained and caused inconvenience during the stay.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the staff provided excellent service and the spa treatment was refreshing. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were impeccable. the garden area was a perfect place to relax with a beautiful view.
The only minor issue was that the restaurant closed earlier than communicated. the bar/lounge area provided excellent service and delicious drinks.

The room was spacious and luxurious with a beautiful view. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. The staff was friendly and professional which made the experience enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the gardens were a nice bonus.
The bathroom sliding door was jammed which made it difficult to have privacy while taking a bath. The TV channels were in Chinese only which made it difficult to relax and watch a movie. The hotel staff had trouble understanding simple requests which caused some frustration.

This hotel offers a large and luxurious room, with great views of the surrounding areas. the room service is fast and the staff is friendly and professional. the bathroom is well-equipped, with separate cubicles for toilet and shower. the location is great, as the hotel's gardens are perfect for strolls and the yacht club and lighthouse provide a stunning view. the breakfast is tasty and the facilities provided are top-notch.
The television only offers Chinese channels, which may be inconvenient for some guests who prefer international channels.
